• McLaren Kuwait City crowned McLaren Retailer of the Year 2016 for the Middle East, Africa & Latin America region
• Awards recognize outstanding customer service and business performance
• McLaren Global Retailer of the Year 2016 due to be announced later this year

McLaren Kuwait City has been named McLaren Retailer of the Year for the Middle East, Africa & Latin America region in recognition of its sales performance and highest standards of business operation.

The Retailer of the Year program saw entries from the full McLaren retailer network in the Middle East, Africa & Latin America comprising 11 locations in eight key markets. All contenders were benchmarked using an extensive assessment process and rated in key areas such as sales, customer service, after sales and marketing. McLaren Kuwait City emerged as the Middle East, Africa & Latin American Retailer of the Year 2016 joining McLaren retailers in Glasgow, Auckland, Toronto and Shanghai as one of five regional finalists for the Global Retailer of the Year 2016 Award, which is due to be announced later this year.
