McLaren Toronto has been named the North American Retailer of the Year 2016 in recognition of its sales performance and highest standards of business operation.

The Retailer of the Year program saw entries from the full McLaren retailer network in North America comprising 20 locations in two key markets. All contenders were benchmarked using an extensive assessment process and rated in key areas such as sales, customer service, after sales and marketing. McLaren Toronto emerged as the North American Retailer of the Year 2016 joining McLaren retailers in Glasgow, Auckland, Kuwait City and Shanghai as one of five regional finalists for the Global Retailer of the Year 2016 Award, due to be announced later this year.
